Communication gap, time management, prioritizing work, and lack of structured routine are some of the problems that occur while working from home but the prime element that directly impacts workers performance is disturbance. It is not possible for a middle-class family to leave the whole room for a person to work, to avoid noises and physical disturbances. While the disturbance plays a major role, it also becomes pretty easy to be lazy while working remotely and not productive when one cannot be such in a proper work environment.

Kraft-Obench: Born Out of COVID19 Opportunities

Being a mechanical engineering student, Divya our founder always wanted to start something new! After the pandemic hit, 22-year enthusiast realized the utmost challenges in working from home. That was the first click to man-oeuvre something that addresses the vulnerability of the situation.

Divya started Kraft-Obench, with his co-founder Ishaan Saxena. Our Delhi based start-up is taking work-from-home to a new dimension with our recently launched workstation WOFRHO! with all the facilities needed for working space.
WOFRHO! is India’s first space and energy-efficient, soundproof workstation, equipped with every prerequisite that provides complete privacy and working atmosphere to the employees. This workstation is planned as such to cater to all aspects of the office right at your home. This workstation can be installed at home to help the remoter’s work effectively and efficiently.
